With the rapid development of China's Securities, the competition among securities companies is intensified, under the background of this great competition, more and more enterprise managers begin to pay attention to staff training, and training has become an important way for enterprises to develop. With the increase of all kinds of training, training effect evaluation also appears more and more important. Training effect evaluation is not only a purely to study effect evaluation of students, also greatly promote the learning effect of transformation, it has become an important impetus to improve working efficiency. How to give scientific assessment of the effectiveness of enterprise training is an important task of training industry. This article uses the method of integrating theory such as practice system research, inductive analysis, literature analysis method, firstly the related theory of training and training evaluation, and the kirkpatrick model, the CIPP model such as training evaluation model. This paper compares and analyzes several common to these common training evaluation model as A theoretical basis, the current situation of training evaluation of A securities company and the problems existing in the training evaluation work, follow the principle of the design of the training effect evaluation put forward more perfect training evaluation system and its implementation plan, the implementation of security. Through designing the training evaluation system of A securities company,it can offer the improvement of the training evaluation system to similar enterprise as A reference.
