The Research Of Copycat Mode Affects Small And Micro Enterprises' Technological Innovation Capability

Small and micro enterprises are the largest number of the enterprise of our country enterprise group,they paly a huge role in China's economy society. But at the same time,small and micro businesses affected by the lack of resources,the scale of the enterprise and external environmental constraints,small and micro businesses seriously restricted the improvement of technology innovation ability,hinder the long-term development of Small and micro businesses. Emergence of copycat mode,reduce the small and micro businesses to carry out technology innovation threshold,a temporary solution to the problem of Small and micro businesses to carry out technological innovation, with the small and micro businesses more and more use the copycat mode,some small and micro businesses to enhance the ability of technological innovation by the copycat mode,small and micro businesses cannot get rid of the copycat mode,so it is the copycat mode how to affect the small and micro businesses the ability of technological innovation,and how to reasonably use the copycat mode to improve the technology innovation ability is necessary.Based on the above background,this paper uses grounded theory method,logical deduction and case study method to research:first,by combing the literatures related to the Copycat mode, small micro enterprise technology innovation ability and the relationship,the use of fake mode to define the grounded theory method;second,through logical deduction from the development of enterprises angle,constructs the concept mode of micro enterprise technology innovation ability of small capycat mode;third,through the case analysis method,comparative analysis of the communications industry companies use copytcat mode development,and technical innovation ability changes,trying to find out the countermeasures of rational use of copytcat mode;fourth,according to the logic deduction and case the analysis of small and micro enterprises how to make rational use of copytcat mode countermeasures and proposals to improve the technological innovation capability.Based on the above research,this paper draws these conclusions:first,the concept of copytcat mode is a kind of consumer demand and rapid development,as far as possible to avoid the imitation innovation mode adopted by enterprises based on the actual situation;second,effect of copytcat mode for small and micro enterprises technological innovation capability has a stage; third, small and micro enterprises to a correct understanding of it is not only an effective way to carry out technology innovation in the use of the copycat mode,it is a transition strategy of technological innovation,based on the characteristics of this stage, should give full play to its use of open innovationresources, consumer demand-oriented advantages, but also to gradually increase the proportion of investment in research and development of enterprise and strengthen the protection of intellectual property rights,in order to avoid infringement of intellectual property rights of others, and the rational use of copytcat mode to improve the technological innovation of small and micro enterprises can force.
