In the context of my country's implementation of innovation-driven strategies,innovation has become the only way for enterprises to improve their competitiveness,which puts forward higher requirements for enterprises' innovation capabilities.The large number of small and micro enterprises in my country and strong desire for innovation,but due to its small size and irregular management and other characteristics,it is difficult to achieve self-innovation.Social networks provide enterprises with tangible and intangible resources and benefits.Small and micro enterprises can obtain knowledge through the network and continuously meet the needs of enterprises to enhance their innovation capabilities.Therefore,studying the impact of social networks on the innovation capabilities of small and micro enterprises has both theoretical and practical significance.This article first reviews and combs the relevant literature on social networks,knowledge acquisition,and small and micro-enterprise innovation capabilities.Based on the analysis and summary of the research results of scholars at home and abroad,it proposes hypotheses and builds on social networks,knowledge acquisition And the theoretical model of small and micro enterprises' innovation ability.On the basis of the research framework,the questionnaire survey method was used to collect the relevant data of 159 small and micro enterprises.SPSS21.0 statistical software was mainly used to process the data through statistical methods such as reliability and validity analysis and multiple regression analysis,and verified the hypothesis of this article.According to the empirical analysis results,the main conclusions are as follows:(1)Social networks are the key factors for small and micro enterprises to acquire knowledge andenhance innovation capabilities.Different dimensions of social networks have different influences on the two.(2)Corporate social networks are actively promoting the innovation capabilities of small and micro enterprises,and knowledge acquisition plays a part of the intermediary role in this process.Finally,some suggestions of cultivating innovation ability of small and micro enterprises were put forward: first,strengthen the direct trust and interaction of partners;second,optimize social network structure and actively connect government resources;third,small and micro enterprises should improve the utilization efficiency of social network according to their own actual situation;fourth,small and micro enterprises should constantly improve their ability to acquire knowledge.
