Research On Evaluation Of Clean Energy Utilization System In Rural Areas

There are abundant clean energy resources in rural areas and rural energy structure is also undergoing significant change. Clean energy utilization system and evaluation system must be established in line with the actual needs of rural development for the purpose of developing and utilizng clean energy reasonably and optimizing energy structure in rural areas. The main results of this paper are arranged as follows:First, the thesis analyzes the development and characteristics of rural clean energy utilization. On the basis of discussion of the basic concepts of clean energy systems in rural areas, the thesis analyzes the important conditions for the use of clean energy, builds technical system of using clean energy systems in rural areas and analyzes development status of clean energy in Hubei Province systematically.Secondly, the thesis establishs clean energy utilization system and evaluation model and analyzes the influencing factors of rural clean energy. The thesis also presents rural clean energy systems development goals and "motivation-behavior-influence" system operation mechanism. Then, the thesis establishs clean energy utilization system and evaluation system including resources, technology, social, economic, environment subsystems. What’s more, the thesis also designs causal feedback loops of rural clean energy utilization system and constructs the rural clean energy utilization appraisal system dynamics model including energy supply subsystem, mathane-generating pit subsystem, solar water heater subsystem and carbon abatement subsystem based on alternative energy theory and system dynamics after the establishment of system variable setting, flow diagram and system parameter equation setting.Finally, Hubei Gucheng County is taken as an example for clean energy utilization evaluation. The main ways of Valley County clean energy use are identified by statistical survey, Vensim software is used to create SD model which can run on a computer and then be trained and corrected. The thesis simulates the coordination development trend among clean energy utilization, ecological environment and economy in Hubei Gucheng County under market economy conditions over the next decade. This thesis proposeds optimization suggestions for the clean energy utilization system during the process of building new countryside based on optimizing simulation.
