Since our country is a populous country, the employment problem is related to the power and people's livelihood, which has always been a major political and social problems. The CPC central committee and the state council has always attached great importance to the employment, which have issued the "training to promote entrepreneurship,entrepreneurship to promote employment" reemployment training and business training, and a series of positive employment policy to solve the employment problem.Employment is the biggest problem of the people's livelihood in Xinjiang, if the employment problem is not properly solved, it will influence the national strategy of "area" implementation and stability of Xinjiang overall situation. And entrepreneurship is the important way to promote employment, which is the important way of expanding employment. entrepreneurship training is our country present and future quite a long time to solve the employment and important projects to improve the professional quality of the population. Urumqi city human resources and social security bureau has seized entrepreneurial training, combining entrepreneurship with employment, entrepreneurial innovation to create more employment opportunities, creating new economic and social development, and to promote the well-being of the economic structure adjustment and social harmony and stability provides a new kinetic energy. Especially, under the condition of the economy of the new normal, how to enhance the level of entrepreneurship training work in Urumqi,paying attention to innovation entrepreneurship combined "Internet+",effectively,which has increasingly become the important subject of our concern.Through research, entrepreneurship training work in Urumqi has achieved remarkable achievement, but there are still some problems, for example lack of relevant departments to coordinate, clear evaluation criteria and tracking feedback mechanism, etc., which directly affect the further development of the enterprise training work, it must be dealt with at any time. This paper tries to break through the limitation of existing research, draw lessons from public policy, human resource management, the concept of multiple disciplines and technologies such as combination of macro and micro, ideas and technology, combination of theory and practice, combining the analysis of the current background and business environment,under the new situation, based on the current group transition feature, from the global perspective, found insufficient and defect of entrepreneurship training in a timely manner, so as to put forward some Suggestions and countermeasures to the future working on a new round of entrepreneurship training in Urumqi, which will lay a solid foundation for Urumqi city and Xinjiang province entrepreneurship training, drive more people obtain employment finally, make social stability and security.
