Research On The Key Problems Of Rural Logistics Distribution System In Qufu Area Under The Background Of Electronic Commerce

Electronic commerce is completely leveraging all business boundary more than we can imagine, and the development of electronic commerce is inseparable from the logistics support. In our country, the logistics industry start late, the infrastructure is not perfect, the integration of resources is not enough, Logistics accessibility is low, which make the development of e-commerce has to slow down. With the popularity of mobile Internet, rural residents can do online shopping as free as urban residents, However, due to the vast number of rural areas, the population and the special characteristics of the dispersion, logistics distribution has become a barrier to the further development of e-commerce to rural areas, In order to promote the development of e-commerce in rural areas and release the shopping needs on suppress with a long time, it is necessary to study the rural logistics distribution.Based on the theory, this paper defines the rural logistics distribution system under the background of e-commerce, analyzes the experience of the construction of rural logistics at home and abroad. Then point out that some of the problems caused by high distribution costs and reasons combined with the current situation of economic and social development in Qufu area, according to the category of goods to clarify the current stage of distribution and status.On the basis of the actual survey, the results of the survey will be sorted out the status of the transaction, and then use the trend prediction method to make forecasts, and points out the potential of logistics distribution. After the analysis, the author proposed a high efficiency and low consumption rural logistics distribution system with minimal investment based on local actual geographical environment and development policy, existing infrastructure and resources, integration of all use of force under the background of electronic commerce to meet the electronic commerce of the rural logistics and distribution needs in the future several years,then proposed key issues of rural logistics distribution system construction in Qufu area. The author constructs a framework of rural logistics and distribution network for electronic commerce transaction service from four aspects of rural logistics distribution system designing, infrastructure management, network lay out, designing and interpretation of logistics information platform in Qufu area. And give some corresponding solution to the specific problems in the region according to the actual situation. Finally, author takes the simulate of personal online shopping and retailer order as an example to show that the distribution system can save the waiting time for the individual consumers and the logistics cost for retailers. The application of the research can meet the needs of local rural logistics distribution in the current and next few years, and it also has the potential of sustainable development.
