| With the continuous improvement of the Internet environment and the deepening of rural informationization, the production and operation of rural areas and the life of the farmers have changed greatly, the popularization of computer and the construction of rural Internet facilities have made the rapid development of e-commerce in the countryside. On the other hand, the domestic large business enterprise is also through various means in the increasingly fierce competition in the rural market, to develop a piece of their own blue ocean market, increase the new profit growth point. However, the logistics distribution in the rural areas is lagging behind, most of the distribution methods are very simple, and the logistics distribution service is a serious impact on the service quality of the electronic shopping system, and even the whole network of the image of the industry has brought a negative impact.This paper on the basis of combing the domestic and foreign literature and rural electronic commerce development present situation, to the three modes in self built logistics distribution mode, the third party logistics distribution mode and alliance logistics distribution mode were compared, and on the impact of logistics distribution mode selection factors were analyzed. Focus is constructed a set of program of rural logistics distribution mode selection decision process, is divided into three steps: the first step is based on the decisive factors of the logistics distribution mode selection around the decisive factors affecting rural logistics distribution mode selection, establishment of logistics distribution mode selection decision evaluation table. If by the first step to determine the the three modes and only one mode advantage very obvious, for the second step for multivariate analysis, through hierarchical analysis method that the logistics distribution mode of the comprehensive weights, choose the highest score for the best logistics distribution mode. If the second step still can not draw a pattern, and win by a wide margin, it will be the third step, based on risk factors to of the three kinds of model of comprehensive evaluation, choose the lowest is the most suitable logistics distribution mode.Through the above research we can draw the following conclusions:1. The results show that the factors that affect the rural logistics distribution pattern mainly include the following four aspects: the ability of the enterprise, the logistics cost, the quality of logistics service and other external factors.2. In the relative importance of the factors in the criteria, the relative importance of the distribution costs is the highest(0.5628), followed by the distribution quality(the weight is 0.2671). In the impact of the distribution of the cost of the index, the relative importance of the storage cost of the distribution of the highest(the weight is 0.4918). The index that affects the relative importance of distribution quality is the safety index(the weight is 0.6080). In addition, the government policy is the most important factor in the external factors(the weight is 0.5194). In summary, we found that the distribution cost is the influence factors of enterprise or area of selecting logistics distribution mode is the most important.On this basis, this paper puts forward the following policy recommendations: first, the logistics and distribution costs of the logistics and distribution costs are proposed to improve the construction of rural infrastructure, the full development of the third party logistics, logistics and distribution costs in rural areas to further reduce the cost. Second, to increase the intensity of personnel training, so that more logistics professionals, management personnel and so on to participate in the new rural construction. in the end, the government policy is put forward to strengthen the rural welfare policy and relevant laws and regulations, so that the economic level of rural areas to further improve, reduce the risk of logistics distribution. |
