Research On Joint Distribution System Of Rural Logistics Under The Background Of E-commerce

With the improvement of the rural economy,E-commerce has been getting a greater growth in rural areas.However,mass transportation in country in not capable to be realized because of the scattered living and the small demand,which makes the logistics cost quite expensive,and brings lot of trouble to accomplish “door to door” service.Such a state of rural logistics is insufficient to support the rural E-commerce.Under this background,this paper chose last mile puzzle of rural logistics as the object of the study.A combination of demand Integration,and joint distribution has been made to undertake a further research on constructing rural logistics distribution system and planning distribution site location.The main contents of this paper are as follow:(1)By comparison of the development status of domestic and international rural logistics,the paper described the existing problems and the demand of rural logistics,on the base of this,rural logistics joint distribution model has been constructed,the information system framework has been designed.(2)Combining with last mile puzzle in rural areas,the "county-village" rural distribution network has been built based on the rural joint distribution mode.To location planning,this paper analyzed the impacts of the rural economy development to distribution outlets location qualitatively and established location model which aimed at the minimizing cost after defining the function of rural logistics distribution center and distribution outlets.(3)The rural logistic distribution network in Xin-gan county,Jiang-xi province has been analyzed as a case study.By dividing the rural area and processing the raw data,the result of the location model has been solved by genetic algorithm.The research results of this paper are meaningful to the government to manage rural logistic and have a decision support function to rural logistics network layout.
