Affected by the economic and social development on the industry capacity such as the impact of excess, aluminum industry enterprises are facing the pressure of competition which is getting more and more intense. Enterprise needs to develop a clear development strategy in the fierce competition. In recent years, G Branch of China Aluminum present difficulties in production and management, transformation and upgrading become the inevitable choice of the development.Based on the analysis of the internal and external environment, this paper studies the development strategy of the company by using the SWOT analysis method, which is based on the analysis of the internal and external environment of the G branch of China Aluminum Corporation.Through the analysis of the foundation, existing problems and the internal and external environment of the transformation and upgrading, this part puts forward the external opportunities and threats, the internal advantages and disadvantages of the company's development. It is concluded that the company's development opportunities outweigh the threats and the advantages outweigh the disadvantages. G branch of China Aluminum Corporation should hold stable and ecological lines, establish innovation and efficiency concepts, to achieve three changes. According to the actual situation of G branch of China aluminum industry, the implementation of the specific strategies such as strong management, vibration main industry, adjusting structure and so on are carried out. Finally, it puts forward the guarantee measures for the implementation of the company's transformation and upgrading strategy.
