A Study On The Strategy Of Promoting The Upgrading And Transformation Of Taobao Village In Zhejiang

Since the 12 th five-year plan,Taobao village in Zhejiang has developed steadily and has been one of the leading provinces in the country.It is increasingly apparent of the transformation from traditional farmers to new farmers,the ordinary rural areas to Taobao villages,agriculture to agronomy,individuals to synergies and urbanization to New-type Urbanization.However,in the "Internet +" development trend,under the background of the agricultural supply-side structural reform,the transformation and upgrading of Taobao village is confronted with great challenges.Therefore,under the strategy of revitalizing the country in rural areas,using new theoretical methods to carry out the government to promote the upgrading and reforming of Taobao village strategy research,it has important theoretical significance and great application value.The main research work and innovation of the paper are as follows:1.Through the questionnaire design and exploratory analysis,And the use of network data crawling method,systematical evaluation of the development of Taobao village in Zhejiang during the 12 th five-year period has been made,including the comparison between Taobao shop,Taobao village,related industries of Taobao Village before and after,the relationships between rural Taobao and the villagers,social groups and the government,villagers in Taobao village before and after the situation comparison,the willingness of urbanization and other aspects of the analysis and evaluation,and thus summarized the main reason of why Zhejiang can become the fertile soil of Taobao village.2.Through questionnaire survey and SWOT analysis,and using the method of network data crawling,this paper systematically studies and analyzes the existing basis of the development of Taobao village in Zhejiang province,looks forward to the change of development environment,and analyzes the situation of competitors.That has unique advantages and opportunities,such as policy,atmosphere,personnel,culture,economy,technology,etc.;However,there are also disadvantages and threats,such as the difficulty of improving the comparative benefits of industry,the imbalance between supply and demand of e-commerce talents,the bottleneck of product quality and safety level,and the challenges of maintaining the comparative advantages of Taobao village.3.On the basis of clarifying the direction of upgrading,transformation and development of Taobao village and the functional orientation of the government,this papersystematically puts forward the transformation and upgrading strategies in the new period.According to the research,government is the key aspect for Taobao village to breakthrough bottleneck,gaining better and faster development.The government is required to give strong support in the following aspects: infrastructure,public services and environmental construction and so on.It needs to strengthen the construction of five systems: all elements of the ecological policy system,the whole chain of the ecological industry system,the whole process of ecological supervision system,the whole network of ecological technology system and the whole link of the integrated service system.
