As the household contract responsibility system give the peasant complete land right of management, the confirmation of land right, one importantand and pressing task of the present rural works, is an important method for making peasants have land and protecting farmers' land rights. To reinforced protection of rural farmland, pastureland, garden land and forest land,“No.1 document” of central government put forward on perfecting registration registration system and emphasized the right to land contractual management. Rural collective land right verification promotes continued investments in land and reduces the rural land ownership struggles, which evolves a huge population and is very important to social stability economic development.
