So far, there are four kinds of economic forms of primitive economy,agricultural economy, industrial economy and knowledge economy appear in the history of human beings. Along with to the era of knowledge economy,knowledge has become one of the most important resources for the modern society. Nowadays, the competition between enterprises, especially high-tech enterprises, is fundamentally speaking, it is the competition of talents, and the competition of knowledge level. Knowledge management which as a new management mode is produced and developed under the background of this era. On this basis, the effective evaluation of knowledge management performance and enable enterprises to understand the current stage of knowledge management effect has become an integral part of the whole process of knowledge management.Based on the above discussion, the research on the performance evaluation of knowledge management is summarized in this paper. Facing the present situation of constructing evaluation index system from the perspective of result performance, short term performance and explicit performance, put forward their own views. It should be combined with the characteristics of high-tech enterprises with high innovation, high growth and high profitability, combined process and results, short-term and long-term, explicit and implicit perspective,constructs the index system of knowledge management performance evaluation of this paper. Based on this, this paper constructs the index system of knowledge management performance evaluation from three angles of knowledge management process, organization structure and enterprise benefit, specifically includes 3 criteria layer index, 9 first level indicators and 29 second level indicators. Secondly, in view of the knowledge management performance evaluation index system, this paper selects a high-tech enterprise, the comprehensive use of questionnaire survey, AHP and fuzzy comprehensiveevaluation method to carry on the empirical analysis. Compared with the evaluation results and the actual situation of management, to verify the index system constructed in this paper has certain applicability and operability. Finally,face the problem of how to improve the performance of knowledge management,construct the system dynamics model about the knowledge management performance and use the VENSIM PLE to simulation and analysis. According to the results of simulation analysis, put forward 3 suggestions to improve the performance of knowledge management. Specifically include:(1) Focus on improving the financial efficiency of enterprises(2) Strengthen the manager's ability construction(3) Reasonable avoidance of risk.
