Performance Evaluation Of High-tech Enterprises' R&D Investment

With the development of market economy in China, enterprises become more and more aware of this matter that to make the products diversity is an important way for their survival and development. Technology innovation is the key to achieve product differentiation. More and more enterprises increase R&D investment. In a manner of speaking, science and technology innovation is affecting the rapid development of China’s economy with unprecedented strength and depth. However, enterprises can’t blindly rely on increased R&D investment funds to enhance the innovation ability of enterprises. To promote the rapid development of enterprises, it depends on whether the enterprises’ investment in R&D can really promote economic growth; R&D can really improve the level of science and technology of the whole society, whether it can increase the overall knowledge society. So it is very necessary to pay attention to the performance of enterprise R&D investment. This paper according to the aim of research, high-tech enterprise in Henan Province as research samples,research of Henan Province high-technique enterprises R&D investment on the profitability of the business, development ability and innovation ability. The research shows that the Henan Province high-tech enterprises’ R&D investment is generally low, also some enterprises to increase R&D investment decision also has blindness, Most enterprises pay attention to the recruitment of talents, but do not attach importance to the ability of the talent. Through scientific and appropriate study evaluation on the performance of R&D investment, can correctly guide the enterprises’ R&D, sum up the experience and lessons of the previous, and enable enterprises to realize the value of R&D. It can provide a reference for the enterprise in R&D investment policy and management, and an enterprise to formulate future development direction and strategy.
