In recently years,with the overall popularization of triple play,cable companies and telecom enterprise in business development are to permeate each other's traditional areas.Basic telecom operators have entered the market of broadcasting and TV with the advantages of the whole entire network and the IPTV business,more and more internet companies also through Internet television and other means to bypass the traditional TV users.But the cable companies faces more difficulties and get less achievements owing to dispersed networks,lack of marketing experience and internet exportation limitation,combined with the loss of original TV users,enterprise's survival and development has been influenced by serious.In this condition,the SX cable&broadcasting information network company plans to carry out broadband business through their own network.This paper indicates the relevant research,and tries to use the PEST,Porter's five forces model and SWOT model,combined with the 7Ps theory.It analyzes the external environment,industry environment of enterprises,key issues that helps the enterprise to develop broadband business.Target market is determined through which the survey that is based on customers' needs.Strategies and suggestions are provided to enterprise with the help of external cooperation,technical innovation,and marketing.In order to ensure the implementation of the development strategy in place,the paper also discusses the system construction,technology innovation,human resources management and incentive mechanism,and other related security measures.The relevant development strategies and suggestions proposed in this paper can be used for the development of SX cable&broadcasting information network company in broadband business.
