In 2013 August,the State Department issued files of<a number of opinions of the State Department on the promotion of information consumption to expand domestic demand>and<"the broadband China" strategy and implementation plan>,that we have entered full speed stage of the triple play,from 2014 to 2015 years being the promotion stage,and clearly put forward development targets and development schedules of "the broadband China".Telecom operators obtained first" the license of information network dissemination of audio-visual programs",and entered into the broadcasting market with substantial IPTV business,and did a good job through the development of recent years.IPTV business had a tendency to replace the traditional TV.Although the broadcasting operators perform the broadband access service in the local region,owing to there being no Internet export and lack of technical strength,that become a bottleneck of broadband development;what lead to large-scale development users with difficulty,with not business profits,can only rely on the original TV business to support the development of broadband service.Under the above background,based on the analysis of the current situation of broadband business for the broadcasting operators,business enterprise B used its core competitiveness to create a "cloud broadband" products,just to meet the needs of the broadcasting operators,and then carried out a series of marketing strategies,finally reached a cooperation with the broadcasting operators(Beijing Gehua CATV network).In the first chapter,the paper introduces the environment of the broadband operation of the broadcasting operators,as well as the innovation point and the architecture of the paper.In the second chapter,the paper introduces the present situation of Internet broadband export markets for the broadcasting operators,and some existing problems of the broadcasting broadband business.In the third chapter,the paper introduces the contents and construction methods of the core competitiveness,linking theory with practice of the B enterprise,and to analyze the reasons for the dilemma,and to compared with the broadband business of telecom operators,as well as SWOT analysis of the B enterprise's the core competence in this market.The fourth chapter the paper introduces the result of one case for the B enterprise.Through technology exchange and testing to obtain the full trust of the broadcasting operators,and then enterprise B take the lowest total cost and differentiation strategy,and signed a cooperation agreement with the customer.The fifth chapter is the conclusion.The author hopes that through the analysis of the core competitiveness of enterprise B in the case,it can provide some useful ideas for the development of the broadband service of the broadcasting operators.
