Sustainable development of the domestic tourism industry,to a certain extent,thanks to a long history of cultural resources.From last century in 80 s,the academic community to explore the special cultural phenomenon of touris m research,for the development of cultural tourism has created a good opportunity.Development so far,cultural tourism has become an important element in the tourism industry.Many areas,combined with the local cultural tourism resources,put forward the development of cultural tourism to promote the local social and economic development of the strategic objectives.However,for the local culture connotation,tourism core competition description has been vague,resulting in a lot of areas with great blindness in the development of cultural tourism resources,poor maneuverability,economic benefits and social benefit is not ideal.This paper focuses on the definition and connotation of the core competence,and proposes to explore the core competitiveness of cult ural tourism industry in the development and promotion way,and provide a theoretical reference for the development of more feasible to cultural tourism.This article from the Liaobu town of cultural tourism core competitiveness analysis of problems with the first,the theory of the evaluation and analysis of Liaobu town culture tourism core competence through management,summarizes the present situation of the core competitiveness of Liaobu cultural tourism town.Then with the industry core competitiveness as the theoretical basis,summed up in order to fully enhance the core competitiveness of cultural tourism in Liaobu Town,the key lies in the development of local cultural tourism projects.Secondly,from the four aspects of value,uniqueness,system and scalability,constructs the evaluation index system of Liaobu town culture tou rism core competitiveness,analysis of the current Liaobu town culture tourism core competitiveness,innovation ability,find out the weak links of low degree of industry integration,and puts forward the efficient use of resources to achieve the integration of the factors of production to ferret out tourism demand and expand brand influence,improve the tourism environment to construct the high quality tourism destination and enhance the management level and decision-making ability in order to protect the development,countermeasures and measures to further improve the town of Liaobu cultural tourism core com petitiveness.According to the analysis of the development of cultural tourism in Liaobu town competitiveness,this paper presents the specific research methods,the research content is further enriched and perfected,to try new research poin t of the core competitiveness of cultural tourism research.At the same time,this paper makes an investigation into the formation and influence of the core competitiveness of the cultural tourism,which is beneficial to the developme nt of cultural tourism in Liaobu Town,which is more focused and targeted.At the same time,it is hoped that the research method has a larger scope of application,and the research and evaluation of the core competitiveness of cultural tourism in other regions have a certain reference value.
