Jing Men National Forestry Science And Technology Industrial Park Development Strategy Research

With the stable and rapid development of national economy and improvement of people's living standards and the improvement of living conditions,China's forest industry has entered a new period of development,and has made considerable progress.But with the huge market demand and the lack of forest resources,timber products in short supply.The worsening ecological environment asks for low carbon economic development model,industrial forest industry adjusting the industrial structure as soon as possible,to scale,cluster,high quality,low consumption,low pollution,and low emission forward.Science and Technology Industrial Park is an innovative Park drive mode,the new carrier of the development of forestry industry,is a new platform of industrial park development and innovation of science and technology.Jing men City,State Forestry Science and Technology Industrial Park is the first forestry science and Technology Industrial Park established in china,provides a new pattern of development.This paper has two parts.In the first part,the background of the development of forestry industry and the domestic and foreign scholars' study of forestry industry and the theories about forestry industry are analyzed,and the forestry industry is defined.In the second part,management mode,development mode and industrial development planning of Jing men City,Hubei Province modern forestry science and Technology Industrial Park are analyzed,connected with the theory of industrial cluster,the theory of circular forestry,the theory of multi functional forestry,based on Jing men City,Hubei Province modern forestry science and Technology Industrial Park.And From the perspective of government,enterprise and efficiency,the development strategy of Jing men City,Hubei Province modern forestry science and Technology Industrial Park is analyzed,which provide the practice and the theory reference for the development of China's forestry industry.
