| As an important part of modern service industry, science and technology service industry is an emerging industry which derived from the trend of industry continuously detailed division and continued convergence growth, it has strong economic drive capacity and as a driver of industrial optimization, it is also one of the important factors that decided to regional competitiveness.As the third growth pole in Chinese economic development, the development of innovation in science and technology service industry is the main driving force of Jing-jin-ji regional economic and social sustainable development. Nowadays, Jing-jin-ji develop science and technology service industry with different environmental foundation and resource advantage. Although the ranking of science and technology service industry in Jing-jin-ji is good in our country, but there are different in internal of science and technology service industry development scale in Jing-jin-ji, the investment of resources is not balanced, liquidity is also not strong, compared with the typical city circle of developed countries also has a big gap. Therefore, how to break the bottleneck of the development of the science and technology services in Jing-jin-ji, implement reasonable layout optimization of division of labor, to promote synergy innovation and development is of great significance. In 2014, the symposium of Jing-jin-ji coordinated development, chairman of China Xi Jinping emphasize that only base on the comparative advantage of Jing-jin-ji, using regional advantage complementary principle, place the collaborative innovation and development of the science and technology service industry in Jing-jin-ji economic development priority areas, can speed up the development of science and technology services and provide support for innovation. Only based on integration of Jing-jin-ji region coordinated development of national strategic Angle, will be possible to achieve real sense of innovation and development.According to the current situation of the development in Jing-jin-ji science and technology service industry, this paper analyze the influence factors, build the evaluation index system of Jing-jin-ji collaborative innovation in science and technology service industry, based on evaluation results of the service innovation ability of science and technology between Jing-jin-ji and Yangtze river delta, to compare and analyze internal and external factors, find out the advantage and disadvantage aspect in Jing-jin-ji science and technology service industry’s development of innovation, through adjusting the factors to enhance collaborative innovation, at the same time, analyze the innovation means which Tokyo and New York use to develop the science and technology service industry, using the experience of its development, to provide decision-making reference for the further development of Jing-jin-ji science and technology service industry. |
