As an important aspect of human resource management, performance evaluation is an essential management tools of the modern enterprise. Scientific and effective performance appraisal program will help to improve the work ethic and employee productivity, to create more value for the development of enterprises. GK company, the object of this research, is a local-government-owned financial investment and financing company, which makes a significant contribution to promoting the rapid development of local economy. However, GK company never breaks through the executive mode in personnel incentive mechanisms, resulting in a poor incentive effects of performance appraisal, which is difficult to mobilize the enthusiasm of the staff, to retain existing talent, or to introduce a higher level of investment and financing professionals, largely restricting to improve business performance.Based on the researching of GK's existing performance appraisal program, this paper specified therein deficiencies, used the theory and method of performance appraisal, designed to optimize the performance appraisal program of GK company, by using performance management tools such as key performance indicators (KPI) and 360-degree performance appraisal. This paper presents the subject, period, methods, procedures, feedback of the performance evaluation, and application of assessment results and measures to ensure their effective implementation, trying to achieve the change of performance appraisal from administrative organs to the enterprise. The new performance appraisal will give better play to the role of performance appraisal, fully mobilize the enthusiasm of staff, and create a good environment for the growth of talent. It will also provide a theoretical basis and practical experience for the similar enterprise performance management.
