Research On The Social Responsibility Of China Construction Bank

When the social and economic development to a certain stage,the corresponding social responsibility of the enterprise,it is the performance of human civilization and progress.The western countries first put forward the theory of corporate social responsibility at the beginning of twentieth Century,Corporate social responsibility movement began to rise in the last century in 80 s.In the twenty-first Century,The social responsibility of commercial banks has aroused public concern,The international advanced banking organization put forward the principle of equator".In 2006,Shanghai Pudong Development Bank released the country's first commercial banks social responsibility report,This has played an important role in promoting China's commercial banks in the active exploration of social responsibility.This paper takes China Construction Bank as an example to study the social responsibility of state owned commercial banks in China.At first,the paper introduces the background and significance of this article.The second part is an overview of the theory and evaluation related to the social responsibility of commercial banks,For example,how to define corporate social responsibility,introducing the development of the theory of corporate social responsibility,Equator principles and the important policy of China's commercial bank's environmental responsibility,"green credit" and so on.The third part focuses on the analysis of the current situation of the social responsibility of the four state-owned commercial banks in our country,China Construction Bank is the main research object,Focus on the development and changes of the social responsibility report of China Construction Bank 2006-2015.The fourth part mainly expounds the main problems of the state-owned commercial banks in fulfilling their social responsibilities.Finally,according to the problems found in the study of China's state-owned commercial banks to improve the social responsibility of the recommendations put forward some suggestions.As for most commercial banks how to better fulfill the social responsibility of this problem,the author believes that:First of all,we should draw on the research methods and research results of European and American countries on the basis of strengthening the theoretical research,And combined with China's actual national conditions,establishthe corporate social responsibility theory with Chinese characteristics.Secondly,the government,industry associations,the media and other parties to participate in the power to improve the overall level of social responsibility of state-owned commercial banks to the task.as the subject of supervision,the government should go through laws and regulations and supervision and other means for enterprises to fulfill their social responsibility to create a good social environment.Consumers,industry associations,media and non-governmental organizations and other social forces should also be actively involved in corporate social responsibility regulatory activities,Enterprise itself should strengthen the social responsibility consciousness of the enterprise and the enterprise internal staff through the enterprise culture construction,Improve the reputation of enterprises,establish a good social image,enhance the ability of comprehensive competitiveness and sustainable development.
