Since 1990s,the Balanced Scorecard as a strategic management and a performance evaluation tool has been adopted by many foreign enterprises,and has achieved good results.People are more and more aware of the importance of strategic management to maintain long-term good business performance.As an effective management tool,the balanced scorecard has been widely used in the performance evaluation of enterprises.How to use this method effectively has been a subject of great concern both at home and abroad.Establish a set of scientific enterprise performance evaluation system,timely and accurate evaluation of the implementation of the strategic objectives of the enterprise,the success of the enterprise is very important.Enterprise performance management and evaluation of the enterprise’s strategic objectives and business development plays a guiding role,directly related to the core competitiveness of enterprises and sustainable development.Sustained growth of China’s economy,the rapid development of the tourism market,traffic,meetings,exhibition and urban infrastructure construction,from 2001 so far,China’s annual growth rate of Econo Hotel is far more than 50%,which in the history of the development of the world’s Econo Hotel is also extremely rare.In April 2010,the Ministry of Commerce released "on accelerating the development of the lodging industry guidance",put forward to brand,industrial chain,convenient operation as the focus,and strive to two years to three years time,the economy hotels in China accounted for proportion never to 10%,increased to 20%.After the World Expo,Shanghai economy hotel occupancy rate has reached more than 90%,and prices and occupancy rates Tongsheng,standard room prices generally rose 20%to 150%.The driving force or the demonstration effect is bound to make the new investment and transformation of the Econo Hotel boom.But the market is not stable,with the rapid development,the risk is the attendant.Aside from the theme of World Expo and the Asian Games,the number of cities,the hotel occupancy rate from 07 years began to decline is an indisputable fact that the market competition is becoming increasingly fierce.Coupled with a variety of non-standard hotel scandal exposure,such as home towels toilets,hotel girls attacking incidents and increased customer complaints are due to lack of attention to the performance management of the hotel,not set up an effective performance management system caused.Due to the fierce competition has led to 7 Days Inn hotel occupancy rate decreased rapidly,continued loss of delisting in 2013.All kinds of phenomena show that the Econo Hotel is in a very competitive environment.In such a grim jungle,the hotel needed from the rapid expansion in the strategy transformation,the economic type hotel strategic transformation and performance management is hotel survive the key,and stable development of the heavy weight.The systematically analysis the current situation of performance management of G Hotel,and then combined with the actual G Hotel,the introduction of the Balanced Scorecard theory and evaluation model,detailed analysis of the four evaluation indexes of the balanced scorecard,expounds the balance scorecard implementation process,the G Hotel of the Balanced Scorecard evaluation model is established.In order to evaluate the effect of the balanced scorecard,the paper briefly describes the implementation effect of the balanced scorecard,and puts forward the support and guarantee measures for the implementation of the balanced scorecard.Through on the balanced score card theory knowledge summary and study enterprise practice,the design of the G Hotel gradually establish the balanced scorecard strategic performance management process,with the balanced score card company strategic target and strategy transformation for specific quantitative index,target and action plan,then top-down decomposition layers to the company,department and individual level performance plan,the company implement strategy to every department and staff,existing performance management system upgrade for strategic performance management system,so as to ensure the strategy execution.Economy hotel in the fierce competition and survival strategy urgent need transformation,while the balance scorecard is the most suitable strategy oriented performance management tools.The study of this paper has a certain reference value for similar enterprises in the application of balanced scorecard.
