A Study On The Investor 's Risks Of Equity Financing

With the rapid development of financial market,the market began to emerge a wide range of projects,equity financing project as an emerging financing mode,can quickly solve the difficult problem of financing channels,but also there must be risks,Especially in the investor point of view,due to the imperfections of national laws and regulatory bodies and the immaturity of investor risk awareness and other reasons,the risk of investors also continue to emerge.Therefore,this paper chooses the public equity financing as the main body of the article,and carries on the risk research and the risk management suggestion from the investor angle.In this paper,the combination of theory and practice of the case of equity financing for the development of the status quo and investor risk analysis.This paper first analyzes the development status of the project,and gives the typical case events(VC,3M,and 3W)for the three types of shares in the current operation: angel,voucher and membership.Then through the combination of risk management theory and knowledge,listed the "common investment" the typical successful equity financing platform,from the perspective of investors on the platform for case analysis.Through in-depth analysis and theoretical basis of the system,it clarifies the four major categories of investors' risk: equity risk,project safety risk,fund raising excess risk and project operation inherent risk.This paper analyzes the risks of the project and proposes some suggestions on how to improve the project risk management and control,such as setting up the investors' threshold,strict capital control,strengthening project follow-up audit and perfecting the project cooperation terms and so on.
