Research On The Key Factors And Prediction Model Of The Successful Financing Of The Physical Store Equity Crowd-funding

The Internet and private capital based on public financing mode is an effective way to realize the innovation of China's financial services,raise public financing with low threshold,flexible and other advantages,can quickly help small and micro enterprises and entrepreneurs to raise needed funds for small and micro enterprises to solve the financing problems of providing new opportunities for development.Among them,entities store,entertainment,clothing,shoes,bags,life services,education and training and other entity store equity financing mode,by virtue of short investment cycle,low investment threshold,profit dividends can be seen in the industry and other advantages.However,the store to raise equity in the rapid development and expansion at the same time,facing the store project financing the actual completion rate is not high,lower financing efficiency,financing to improve the success rate and other issues,has seriously affected the store to raise public platform operating efficiency and wasting the time cost of money investors.So the key factors in-depth exploration of the store to raise public equity financing success,build effective prediction and improved model,improve the possibility of success of the project financing to raise the public,to promote the store to raise public equity industry development and enhance the efficiency of the use of funds of investors has important significance.Based on the domestic and foreign scholars on the relevant literature,based on the signal theory,the 4 dimensions follow the scientific,systematic and feasible principles from the basic characteristics,the store project team characteristics,risk characteristics and network transmission characteristics,consolidation and selects 19 variables,the impact of building entity shop project to raise public equity financing index system.Then according to the index system of key variables extraction index,construct the store to raise public equity financing success prediction model based on the research platform and the project sponsor to better adjust the project settings,increase the likelihood of success of the project financing,enhance the store to raise public equity industry financing efficiency,promote the store to raise public equity industry healthy development.In this paper,we first select multiple variable regression models based on selected variables,and identify the key factors that influence the success of the entity equity financing project through the gradual substitution of the model.Secondly,based on the multiple regression empirical results,we constructed random forest prediction model and BP neural network prediction model respectively.According to the operation characteristics of two kinds of models,we preprocessed data of key index variables,and optimized exploration for their respective prediction models.Finally,according to the forecast accuracy and stability principle,the two kinds of prediction model for determining the final results of the test set,found that the random forest prediction model for the study sample has high prediction accuracy of judging,and has high stability between the training and test sets,and ultimately determine the optimal random forest model for this study model in order to complete the construction of prediction model.The innovation of this paper is mainly manifested in 3 aspects: 1.for the first time on the store to raise public equity,according to the store to raise public equity of actual operating conditions influence on the construction of the store to raise public equity financing success based on the index system,and extract the key indicators,is an effective complement to the congregation index research.2.this paper will focus on core "possibilities" improve the store to raise public equity financing success of selecting the initial store items can be accessed by index model of supervised learning methods to key factors as input factors,construction of the store to raise public equity financing success prediction model based on the previous research results make up stay on the level of inquiry insufficient factors.3.from the store platform to raise public equity perspective,in the actual operation platform as a starting point,in order to provide a feasible stable store platform to raise public equity prediction model,improve the efficiency of the platform selection store project,to some extent reduce the operation platform and investors the time cost of money.
