Research On Governmental Investment Promotion Mode

This thesis has done literatural reviews on investment promotion from domestic and foreign researches.External cases shown as the Marxism of Capital Export Theory,the Resource Endowment Theory,the Vertical Integration Direct Investment Theory,following by internal ones as Demand Anastomosis Theory,Preferential Policy Theory,Urban Competitiveness Theory,etc.After reviewing the history and researches,the article analyzes a few successful investment promotion modes at home and abroad with reference to the cases of the United States and Osaka,Japan,Suzhou Industrial Park and Hangzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone.Then comes to the core of this article,which describes the overview of Xiacheng District,the detailed responsibilities of Bureau of Commerce of Xiacheng District,some achievements on investment promotion work in recent years,as well as the analysis on the current 11 investment promotion modes and problems.The thesis raises 7 kinds of creative investment promotion mods based on practice,including positively transforming ideas,precisely positioning industry,creatively setting zone platforms,attracting potential investments by existing business,coupling resources from south and north area,improving governmental performance appraisal system and strengthening investment promotion rules by law.The conclusion of this article could provide constructive suggestions on practical work and also have effective influences on economy development in some degree.
