Research On The Transformation Of Chengdu's Investment Promotion Model Under The New Situation

Investment promotion,as one of Chengdu's important economic construction activities,has effectively facilitated the agglomeration of production factors,the improvement of production efficiency and the development of economy and society.Nevertheless,with the development of technology,readjustment of economic structure as well as the industry transformation and upgrading,the increasingly fierce competition and frequent trade friction have made the existing investment promotion mode unable to adapt to and meet the new requirements of economic construction.Therefore,research in this field is in urgent need to help transform the investment promotion pattern,and thus fulfill the new needs.This paper selects Chengdu's investment promotion pattern as the research object,delving into the details(old and new),existing problems and underlying causes of investment promotion work,analyzing its key points and influence factors,generalizing its essence,rule and characteristics,and hammering out a path for investment promotion pattern transformation.In the first part,the author supplements the concepts and contents of investment promotion work,analyzes the status and new situation of investment promotion work,and sorts out the problems and challenges.In the second part,in view of the existing problems and the requirements of the new situation,Grounded theory has been introduced to extract six core elements of investment promotion work based on a large amount of materials,known as opportunity,government,enterprise,industry,investment environment,innovation and upgrading.Their relationship of mutual promotion,restriction and integration is also analyzed to form the Core Element of Investment Promotion Model.In the last part,based on the framework of Core Element of Investment Promotion Model,this paper discusses the new ideas and general thoughts about the transformation of Chengdu's investment promotion pattern,and puts forward several strategic suggestions.In conclusion,this paper enriches the connotation of current investment promotion,creates the Core Element of Investment Promotion Model,and provides a basic idea and some strategies to the transformation of investment pattern.Also,to some extent,it promotes research on investment promotion work carried out by China's local governments,and stimulates more perspectives,which can help guide Chengdu's practical transformation work,and are conducive to a better understanding of its essence,rule and characteristics.
