Beautiful rural construction is to promote the construction of ecological civilization and deepen the construction of new socialist countryside new project.The Fifth Plenary Session of the 16th CPC Central Committee put forward the important historic task of building a new socialist countryside and put forward the concrete requirements of "development of production,well-off life,civilized civilization,clean and tidy village and democratic management".The 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward the concept of "Beautiful China" and put forward the concept of "respecting nature,conforming to nature and protecting nature".The concept of "beautiful China" is the first time that the concept of "beautiful China" should be built up for the sustainable development of the Chinese nation.,Clearly put forward,including the construction of ecological civilization,including the "five in one" socialist construction of the general layout.This is a strategic choice to thoroughly implement the scientific concept of development,is a major innovation in the development concept and development practice.Wenshang County under the Jining City,from the beginning of 2012 the implementation of the comprehensive improvement of rural environment,the construction of beautiful rural activities,has been the first four years.The county's 14 townships,493 administrative villages have 366 to implement a comprehensive environmental improvement of the beautiful rural construction,benefiting the population of more than 60 million.Through the beautiful rural construction,Wenshang County,the rural environment has been significantly improved,the village capacity to take on an altogether new look,increasing the satisfaction of farmers.At the same time,the beautiful village construction in Wenshang County is faced with a series of problems such as less funds,difficult planning,partial positioning,uneven and so on.It is very important to solve these problems and promote the better development of beautiful rural construction.In this paper,empirical analysis,in-depth field survey of Wenshang County,collected information and information summarized,analysis of Wenshang County,the construction of the beautiful rural status and problems,learn from the experience of the construction of the beautiful countryside,the future development of a number of countermeasures proposed.The paper is divided into four parts.The first part:the overview of the relevant theory and research status.This chapter first defines the relevant concepts in this paper,including the countryside and the beautiful countryside.Then,it summarizes the relevant theoretical foundation and basic methods,including the theory of sustainable development,the theory of human settlements,and the theory of "homeland",which provides a strong theoretical support for the research.Then,the paper summarizes the present research situation of the beautiful rural construction at home and abroad,and the literature review provides a new starting point and perspective for this paper.The second part:The research on the present situation of the beautiful countryside construction in Wenshang County.Through the field investigation,the author summed up the action of beautiful village construction in Wenshang County and its achievements,and enumerated typical cases of Yangdian Town and Yuanzhuang Town in Wenshang County.And further analysis of the current Wenshang County beautiful rural construction problems and causes.The third part:The experience and enlightenment of the domestic beautiful countryside construction.An example was selected to analyze and compare the Anji of Zhejiang and Wuyuan of Jiangxi.Sichuan Jinjiang in the beautiful rural construction of the successful experience,and further summed up the beautiful rural construction of Wenshang County experience and inspiration.The fourth part:Based on the above theoretical analysis and case analysis,the author puts forward the main measures that should be taken in the construction of beautiful villages:compiling planning,identifying characteristics,strengthening cleaning,stimulating people's active participation,developing culture and raising funds.
