Yubei District Countermeasures Of The Construction Of The "Beautiful Country"

Rural construction is an important content of China's construction of a socialist modernization country.In 2005,the fifth plenary session of the 16 th proposed "production development,wealthy life,polite phenomenon,clean and tidy appearance and democratic management" of the new socialist rural construction requirements.In 2012,the 18 th national congress of the communist party of China(CPC)proposed the strategic goal of "beautiful China".In 2013,the central 1 document made clear the construction of beautiful countryside.Introduced in 2013,chongqing "chongqing construction planning outline" beautiful country ",in 2015,Yu Bei district party committee issued the "decision on accelerating the construction of the beautiful country",comprehensively launched the beautiful rural construction,has obtained certain achievements,but still faces some difficulties.The full text consists of five large parts.First,this paper introduces the research background,research significance,elaborated the paper research ideas and research methods and main innovation points,from the theoretical level discusses the research status of rural construction at home and abroad.Secondly,from the perspective of public administration,the theories and concepts related to the construction of beautiful countryside are expounded.Third,Yubei District were summarized,analysis,current situation of the construction of "beautiful country",mainly including Yu Bei beautiful rural construction significance and realistic foundation,problems and difficulties.Fourth,the rural construction experience at home and abroad were reviewed and analyzed,in anji county,zhejiang province,for example,has carried on the case study,summarizes the revelation and experience can be used for reference.Fifth,there are seven specific proposals for the development of the beautiful countryside in the Yubei District.
