The Optimization Research Of National Tax System Staff Training In LA

National tax department is an essential part of economic management and law enforcement,which raises national finance income and adjust national income distribution.In a wave of tax collection and administration reform,basic national tax department faces unprecedented challenges and opportunities which enquire a higher comprehensive quality in the new situation and task.There is no doubt that training is an important approach to improve the knowledge structure and the level of abilities.However,there are some problems in staff training of basic national tax department,which affects the pertinence and effectiveness of training.How to adopt the effective training idea and method to push the staff training work more scientific and precise has become the priority of the tax department.Based on the above,this paper will use literature analysis,investigation,comparative analysis and other research methods to study the staff training work in basic national tax department intensively to provide the basis and clues for the improvement of training work.In the first two chapters,the paper will briefly introduce the research and related documents and put forward the theory of competence.The third chapter is the introduction of sample-the current situation of the training work in LA national tax department.The fourth and fifth parts are the core of the whole study,which exponents the problems including lack of passion and efficiency and the limitation of improving the competence have caused the dissatisfaction of the training work based on the questionnaire of the staff in national tax department.The main reason lies in lack of the analysis of course demands,the course design and the evaluation of the effect about the competence.At the mean time,the competitive faculty and motivation measures are in absence.At the end of the paper,on the basis of the above problems,the corresponding measures and suggestions will be put forward to make sure that can be carried out which can provide the help of improving the staff training in basic national tax department.
