At present, the information era is gradually transformed into the era of knowledge economy. The organization management mode is gradually transformed from the centralization company power into "the unity of responsibility and rights" to the individual self-driving, updating and management. It will deeply influence the organizational human resource management especially the human capital development foundation and direction. The tendency becomes much more important for our training system improvement.This paper carded the Chinese&foreign theory about enterprise training then analysis and analogy it correspondingly. At the same time, the existing company training and training system theory are summarized; Secondly, make the classification analysis about the modern enterprise training system problems in developing process, explore the way on optimizing the existing training system and management gradually; Then combined the problems in PanYu operating company training system and put forward a systematic preliminary optimization scheme; on this basis, put forward optimization steps and safeguard measures; Finally give the conclusion and puts forward some problems which need to be studied further. In this process, the paper has always take the optimization as the main target, combining latest theoretical achievements of modern enterprise training management, Panyu operating company actual environment and specific condition, the author puts forward the practical reasonable optimization principle, concrete measures, and combining with the specific measures for implementation of the further validation to ensure the smooth implementation of plans and measures.Combined with the current human resource management and construction of the training system, it provide reasonable ideas, concepts and tools, assessment and feedback measure, to explore individual potential, to adapt to human resource exploration of the requirements in new period.
