FX Investment Company Development Strategy Research

The government has established several urban investment and development companies, serving them as a bridge connecting to the local market, hence solving the difficulties in financing, and acquiring adequate fund to promote the development of the city’s infrastructure. At the same time, the government bears the consequent pressure of the debt as well. Therefore, such urban investment and development companies need to explore into a new development path, through more various financing sources, more diversified business models, enhanced risk resistance capacity, increased revenue of the company, etc., so as to obtain better development vitality for the company.During the analysis, the author has applied strategic management theory as the theoretical basis, and used a FX investment company as the analytical basis. On one hand, the development strategy of the FX investment company is analyzed on the macro level, while on the other hand, it is also put into the overall planning of the urban investment, compared to similar companies, using case studies and SWOT analysis to research and discuss about the external environment of the company. The author has also researched on the strength and shortcomings of industrial leaders, striving to identify the current stage of development of the company in details, discuss about the shortcomings, and provide recommendations for improvements. Consequently, based on the above, upon the FX investment company’s future plan and capabilities, the author will recommend new development strategies to replace the existing ones, realign the development goals, and plan its own development path, seeking new directions. To summarize, this research is based on actual situations, using the FX investment company as the research subject, through analyzing and consolidating its business strategies and problems during operation, eventually recommending the company to adjust its strategies and development plan. This research is also practical and applicable to reality, hoping to provide a reference for such urban development and investment companies.
