In recent years,the development of commercial real estate in China is confronted with a new normal:on the one hand,Commercial real estate,especially commercial real estate with new model,has greater demand.On the other hand,the financing environment of real estate enterprises becomes more severe.Such new normal makes the commercial real estate development have great uncertainty.It is necessary for commercial real estate enterprises to make a reasonable assessment of the external environment and their own conditions before investing,and carry out scientific and rational strategic planning.China Supply and Marketing Group Limited is a state-owned enterprise with exploiting and operational experience for many years in China.Along with the scale of project development and the expansion of operation,the speed of enterprise growth accelerates when the domestic economy enters the "new normal",all of which requires Chinese Supply and Marketing Group Limited to constantly improve its strategic plans to adapt to the new environment and achieve better development.This paper takes Zhongyuan Textile City of Chinese Supply and Marketing Group Limited as the research objective,makes a summary about the classic strategy management theory and a systematic research on strategic planning of the Zhongyuan Textile city based on the combination of theories and former experiences.Firstly,the Porter Five Forces model is used to analyze the external competitive environment of Zhongyuan Textile City from the current competitors,potential competitors,alternative producers,buyers and sellers bargaining power.These five aspects of the external environment of Zhongyuan Textile City were comprehensively evaluated.Then,The SWOT analysis and system analysis are applied comprehensively in integrated internal and external conditions of the project in which it matches the external opportunities,threats with internal advantages and disadvantages,and analyzes and develops strategies based on different combinations of external and internal conditions.The long-term strategic aim of Zhongyuan Textile City was further determined based on the north of Henan to the whole country to build China's first-class home textile trading platform and e-commerce logistics and warehousing center,and finally construct integrated commercial environment to upgrade regional industrial structure.At the end of this paper,the implementing security of Zhongyuan Textile City of Chinese Supply and Marketing Group Limited's strategic plans is analyzed,and the measures to safeguard project planning,project marketing,project management and brand culture are put forward from multi-angle comprehensive aspects.
