Collaborative Innovation Network, Knowledge Management Ability And Enterprise Innovation Performance

In the era of knowledge economy,collaborative innovation network and knowledge management ability Already become the important ways to improve the enterprise innovation performance.The formation of collaborative innovation network not only improve the Strategic flexibility and Resource use efficiency of enterprise,but also can provide an effective platform for the enterprise's innovation activities to obtain external knowledge.In the rapidly changing market environment,enterprises need to strengthen the cooperation with relevant institutions to jointly cope with the uncertainty of the external environment.The uncertainty and complexity of technological innovation makes the innovation model of enterprise gradually change from simple linear model in the past to complex network model,In the foreseeable future,knowledge sharing will be a significant feature of the new model in the future.Therefore,the ability of knowledge management is the key factor to improve the innovation ability of the enterprise,and bring sustainable competitive ability for the enterprise.Based on this,this paper constructs the theoretical model of collaborative innovation network,knowledge management capability and innovation performance based on the research object of the 16 enterprises in Zhejiang province.Through the investigation of the enterprises in the innovation cluster in Zhejiang Province,464 valid questionnaires were obtained,and the theoretical hypotheses were tested.The main results are as follows:Collaborative innovation network has positive impact on knowledge management ability.(2)Knowledge management ability has positive effect on enterprise innovation performance.(3)Collaborative innovation network has positive impact on enterprise innovation performance.(4)knowledge management ability has the mediation role between the relationship between the collaborative innovation network and enterprise innovation performance.(5)In the non strategic emerging industries,collaborative innovation network does not have a significant positive impact on enterprise innovation performance.The knowledge management ability has the complete intermediary role in the two.(6)When the enterprise scale is less than 300 people,The knowledge management ability has the complete intermediary role in the two.(7)When the proportion of enterprise R&D expenditure is greater than 6.9%,collaborative innovation network does not have a significant positive impact on enterprise innovation performance.The knowledge management ability has the complete intermediary role in the two.Based on the above empirical results,this paper puts forward the policy and management suggestions on improving the innovation performance of enterprises from two angles of the enterprise and the government.The limitations of this study and the prospects for future research are also pointed out.
