The "Made in China 2025" program has led Chinese enterprises to transform from "extensive growth" to "innovation-driven development" and achieved major breakthroughs in basic research and high-tech research.As the most important driving force for the transformation of the new era,technology is the core of all future industrial development.Knowledge innovation is the foundation of enterprises to maintain competitive advantage.The related research has received extensive attention from the academic community.However,few studies have deeply explored knowledge couplings,which is an important branch of knowledge management research.Moreover,The process black box of knowledge couplings on its innovation performance has not been fully investgated.In the framework of collaborative network,first,based on the idea of the relationship attribute of knowledge elements,knowledge couplings can be divided into two types: complementary and alternative knowledge couplings.Second,based on the knowledge-based view,resource dependence theory,organizational learning theory and actor-network theory,the thesis discusses the influence of knowledge couplings on enterprise innovation performance,the mediating effect of knowledge innovation capability in the relationship between knowledge couplings and innovation performance,and the moderating effect of environmental uncertainty and strategic flexibility played in this path.Finally,develop a measurement scale of knowledge couplings and select a suitable scale for other variables.Taking 291 high-tech enterprises as research samples,using structural equation model,Bootstrap and hierarchical regression analysis,the fellow conclusions are drawn: knowledge couplings are beneficial to improve enterprises' innovation performance;knowledge innovation capability mediates the relationship between knowledge couplings and innovation performance;environmental uncertainty weakens the influence of knowledge couplings on knowledge innovation capability;strategic flexibility enhances the impact of knowledge innovation capability on innovation performance.According to the above findings,the thesis suggests that enterprises should(1)correctly evaluate market demand and innovation trends,select collaborative partners in a targeted manner and optimize their knowledge base timely;(2)continuously improve knowledge innovation capability,and drive the transformation of knowledge outcomes;(3)adjust the level of strategic flexibility to ensure that knowledge structure and environment are matchable according to the fluctuation of the external environment,and ultimately accelerate the innovation output of enterprises by constructing a high-performance collaborative innovation network.The results reveal the mechanism of knowledge couplings in collaborative network on innovation performance from the internal and external situations of enterprises,and makes up for the deficiency of empirical research on the relationship between knowledge couplings and innovation performance,enriching and expanding the research of enterprise knowledge management and collaborative innovation.It is of great theoretical and practical significance to promote enterprises to grasp key factors and improve innovation performance.
