The study uses the method of through the literature research.It refers to the cultural service trade literature material,studies the domestic and foreign situation in this field.On the basis,the study also uses the qualitative research method,summarizes the domestic and foreign situation.In this paper,the development status quo of China's cultural trade,competitiveness and the factors that affect the competitiveness of China's cultural service trade are analyzed systematically.Then,the study uses the combination of theory and empirical methods to prove the market demand,government support,human resources,the development of cultural enterprises,the development of related industries and the cultural discount are the influence factors which can impact on China's cultural service trade development.Finally,according to the situation of our country's cultural service trade development,the study puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the competitiveness of China's cultural services trade.At present,there are few literatures about the competitiveness of cultural trade in services.It is also lack of the research on how to improve the competitiveness of cultural trade in services.And many researches are not refine to the level of cultural products trade and cultural services trade.The study is based on this point,it collects and summarizes the existing data and studies from the perspective of cultural service trade.It constructs the index system of cultural service trade competitiveness,put forward a series of recommendations to establish our cultural service standard system.It's good for improving.And the improvement of the competitiveness of China's cultural service trade can promote the opening of China's cultural market and the development of China's cultural service trade.So it is partly innovative and has theoretical and practical significance.
