| Along with the economic globalization and the culture blending with economydeepening, cultural trade has already become the important part of international trade. Atpresent, the cultural industry has become the important factor that stimulates economicgrowth, strengthens national and regional comprehensive competitive power. Many countriestake the cultural industry as the core industry to develop, and make the cultural trade asstrategic trade.After the Asian financial crisis, Korea put forward "development depends on culture"policy, and has made great achievement in the cultural trade in decades, which producedbigger effect on Asia and the whole world. In recent years, the Korean cultural trade isdeveloping rapidly, while China’s cultural trade develops slowly, and has huge deficit. Chinaand Korea as a friendly neighbor has extremely similar cultural background, so thatgovernment, cultural industries and enterprises should actively learn the successful experienceof Korean culture and cultural trade in order to promote the development of China’s culturaltrade.This article includes six parts. The first part introduced the background, writing purposeand significance, the current research status of international cultural trade and the researchthought and method, innovation and shortcomings of this paper. The second part defined therelated concepts such as the international cultural trade used in this paper, and the relevanttheories. The third part introduced Korean culture industry development course and thedevelopment status of the cultural trade by introducing the publishing industry, the gameindustry, film industry and animation industry, in order to prove Korea has relatively stronginternational competitiveness in cultural trade. The fourth part introduced the successfulexperience of Korea in the cultural trade from the policy support, financial support, personneltraining plan and international marketing and industry chain development. In the fifth partanalyzed China cultural trade’s situation and the existing problems, and provided relatedsuggestions on China’s cultural trade development from the prospect of government, industryand enterprises. The last part is the overall conclusion of the whole paper. |
