The Study On The Personal Finance Strategy Of Military Researchers In China

With the accumulation of personal wealth and changes of the housing & retirement policies,personal financial needs of military researchers are more and more strong.The research methods such as theoretical research and applied research,qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis are used in the paper.The study is to demonstrate the individuals' situations and the choice of investment portfolios are related with the analysis of the military researchers' work characteristics and financial pressure and designs the appropriate investment portfolios strategies from the point of military researchers and professional financial advisors respectively.First,the paper summaries the theoretical basis of personal finance combining with domestic and foreign literatures,introduces the concept,necessity and principles of personal finance.Then it analyses the current situations of personal finance in China with the introductions of common investment instruments and the problems faced by investors.Secondly,it suggests the improvement measures with analysis of the military researchers' work characteristics and financial pressure.Thirdly,the empirical research analyses that the life cycle,asset situation and income situation be related to the choices of investment portfolios after describing the financial position and current situation of military researchers.Finally,the personal finance programs could be designed by military researchers and professional financial advisors respectively with the empirical results.The financial advices are also proposed to the military researchers.
