The competition of modern enterprises is the competition of talents,human resources have become the first resource for the survival and development of enterprises.In the face of increasingly fierce competition environment,how the internal design and adjustment of the organization's human resources management system of state-owned military enterprises,especially the salary system to attract and retain talent has become the key to the development of military enterprises.Set up scientific and reasonable salary system,not only to promote the continuous development of enterprises,teams and employees to provide a guarantee,but also to enhance the overall core competitiveness of enterprises also play a key role.This paper selection the scientific research personnel salary system of Shenyang Aerospace Xinguang Group Co.Ltd.as the research object,mainly from the post salary welfare and the angle of the combination,focus on how to combine the actual work situation of the company to build a set of suitable for scientific research personnel salary system,in order to further improve the company's personnel management level.The main research contents of this paper include the following aspects:Based on the current domestic and foreign research achievements of the salary system of learning and reference,with the classic salary system theory as the basis,analyzes the characteristics of the present compensation system of Chinese state-owned military enterprises,points out the key to improve the state-owned military enterprise salary system is how to post salary and performance salary combination,in order to meet the needs of the market economy;Shenyang Aerospace Xinguang Group Co.Ltd.as the research object,based on post salary,performance pay and benefits,with emphasis on the role,so that the company can establish the salary system in line with the company's development of researchers from two aspects of salary and performance salary;After a field survey of salary system,analyze and summarize the company's implementation of the existing problems in the compensation system,and targeted according to the company's organizational structure,human resource situation and existing position setting,using the way of classification,according to different grades of post research staff of content design the salary management and evaluation of different methods.To analyze and predict the possible Shenyang Aerospace Xinguang Group Co.,the implementation process of the compensation system of scientific research personnel in the new resistance,and can be effectively implemented in order to guarantee the salary system,put forward constructive suggestions from the personnel management system,culture,job evaluation and social security system etc..
