GAC MOTOR Trumpchi 4S shop is one of the GC automobile trading companies under the jurisdiction of a car 4S shop, consists of seven departments, and including sales, after-sales department and parts department is the company line. Author of the three departmental staff as the research object for the current GAC MOTOR Trumpchi 4S shop staff poor sense of belonging, turnover rate, low loyalty, the initiative to create value, lack of motivation, corporate viscous enough and so on, the use of performance management theory, reference has been outstanding research results, based on a design for a store front-line employee performance management optimization program, I am confident that the program will enhance the performance of the store front-line employees have a positive effect.In this paper, literature research and field interviews designed the GAC MOTOR Trumpchi 4S shop frontline employee performance management optimization program, the following conclusions:(1) GAC MOTOR Trumpchi 4S shop has a young, highly educated, highly experienced team of employees, but the company’s employee performance management system are quite simple, there are many problems, such as the index system design is unreasonable, without rigorous performance appraisal process and performance appraisal results using inadequate, and the reason for these problems have failed to form a complete performance management cycle system and assessment model suited to front-line employees. (2) Problems and Reasons for the GAC MOTOR Trumpchi 4S shop existing employee performance management system, design frontline employee performance management optimization program, program content general idea of performance indicators system design, performance management, process improvement and implementation of the program expected results, etc., wherein the performance appraisal index system due to different departments, positions and differences, performance management, process improvement contains additional use of performance appraisal results, optimize performance appraisal aspects of the implementation of the performance management cycle system construction and employee performance feedback channels. (3) GAC MOTOR Trumpchi 4S shop to take appropriate measures to protect the system from four aspects, organizational security, cultural security and material security to ensure the smooth implementation of employee performance management optimization program.I believe GAC MOTOR Trumpchi 4S shop in accordance with article ideas optimization program further refined and effective implementation of the program, will effectively enhance staff motivation and creativity to achieve the expected impact of the program design, if the company’s other stores for effective promotion, the effect It could be bigger. |
