HH Company Lean Production Operation Management System Optimization Research

In recent years, the solar energy resources as a new energy have broad prospects in application and popularization. In the severe energy situation, under pressure from ecological environment situation, and under the promotion of technological progress, as well as driven by the force of the laws, regulations and policies, photovoltaic industry enters a period of rapid development. At the same time, facing the fierce competition in the industry enterprises, photovoltaic industry suffers a severe market challenges.For HH company, backward production management way can't already satisfy the present diversified and low-cost market demand. In order to meet the market demand, improve enterprise management level, and the marketing competency, The production and operation management system of the enterprise should be optimized and improve. Here we mainly introduce Lean Production management mode, that is to make the production system quickly adapt to changing demand, and make the all useless and spare things of production process be cut, achieving the production effect optimization. Since the theory developed up to now, it had already been matured and perfect, and get good results in further application of enterprise management practice.HH company is a state-owned asset holding company, affiliated with HH group. After the Anti-dumping and anti-subsidy of Europe and the United State, the company becomes gradually mature. However there is still some deficiency in the production operation management system, what need to be improved. We need to make our effort to reduce production cost further, improve technical ability, improve market share.In this paper, by applying the theory of lean production in HH company production operation management system, we analyze the current situation and existing problems in the HH company. BY exploring the causes, and combining with the actual operation and development of enterprise at present, we optimize the HH company operations management system, and put forward a series of safeguard measures. We hope that through this article analysis and research, we can solve the problems existing in the operation management system of HH company, and improve the efficiency of enterprise management.From the content structure, there are six chapters in this paper. The first chapter mainly elaborates the background and significance of research on this article; The second chapter introduces the related theory knowledge, introduces the generation and development and characteristics of Lean Production theory, etc.; The third chapter introduces the enterprise basic situation, analyzes the HH company operations management system present situation and existing problems, and puts forward the cause of formation of problems; The fourth chapter based on the theory of Lean Production and HH company present situation, from the mode of production, process management, site management of HH company production operation management system proposes the optimization scheme; The fifth chapter comes up with the safeguard measures of the implementation of the optimization. Finally, we summarizes this paper and look forward to the future.
