Since China joined the world trade organization WTO,China's mechanical and electrical products trade is developing very rapidly,become the main part of China's foreign trade,China has gradually become an industrial powerhouse and trading powers.As a developing country,China wants to achieve rapid and sustainable growth of the industrial economy,we must as far as possible access to the world of knowledge and advanced production technology,and through trade in goods for the developed countries in the world advanced technology and knowledge spillover effect is a lot of access to knowledge of the commonly used ones are a kind of method.At this moment,to absorb how to effectively use of the developed countries through trade in goods knowledge overflow,thus it is particularly important to improve the level of China's industrial production.So for knowledge spillover effect on China's industrial production level of concrete needs further research.First,in this paper,through theoretical analysis,think that China's mechanical and electrical products import trade can bring import provinces such as machinery and equipment resources type of explicit knowledge,and can lead to industrial management experience and other non materialized tacit knowledge,the tacit knowledge can also be for the import of mechanical and electronic products outside the province adjacent to other provinces produce follow-on space overflow.Secondly,based on the stochastic frontier analysis method,with the provincial industrial GDP as the dependent variable,the provinces of R&D knowledge capital and industrial practitioners as independent variables,estimate the total factor productivity in different provinces in China industry TFP,by the discretion of the total factor productivity of TFP numerical provinces can determine the level of industrial production of high,at the same time provides important data for this article core model.Again,in this paper,by analyzing the properties of tacit knowledge,think this was missed by traditional linear knowledge spillovers model variables space property,using the traditional linear model cannot analysis,so this paper will research the international R&D knowledge overflow,extending the linear Coe-Helpman model into recessive knowledge can be incorporated into the space variable nonlinear spatial knowledge spillovers model.Then,collecting China's 31 provinces panel data from2000 to 2014 to carry on the empirical analysis,the final estimate results show thatthe mechanical and electrical products trade knowledge is not only to import provinces produced significant knowledge spillover effects for the first time,and the tacit knowledge in import provinces adjacent provinces have also produced a significant spillover effect,and secondary spillover effect is higher than the spillover effects for the first time.Finally,based on the above research results put forward the relevant countermeasures and Suggestions,can strengthen the policy and improve the industrial talent reserves,strengthen industrial cooperation and exchanges of various areas,increase the utilization efficiency of knowledge about international R&D,through this a series of methods to promote China's industrial level and international competitiveness of Chinese industrial products.
