In this paper,the relationship between the quality of training and the impact of research and development capital for enterprises that: the quality of training and relationship capital has a profound impact on the company's development,training is an important part of helping the company's development.Training Quality of relationship capital,and focus on training in "people-oriented" is the key factor in improving the quality of training,with the relationship between the capital increase will be more rapid development of the company.The main measure of the quality of training: the company goal congruence,employee loyalty,job performance,ROI and satisfaction,the study found the training to meet the above indicators of the company's development role.Another study found through empirical analysis: the quality of the training,the value of training,supervision of the training were significantly positively correlated with the regression effect relationship between capital and its relevance great influence;but the number of matches and training,training results relationship capital for a significant negative correlation.The value of the quantity of training,quality training,training,and supervision of the training of the regression results,the relationship between capital and the company's development is also a significant positive correlation;training match with the company's development of a significant negative correlation.Therefore,the study of a particular company through training(Wuxi Jinjia property Group Limited),and in training the company focus on key indicators of training,adhere to the scientific management and people-oriented central idea can achieve the common development of employees and the company.With the development of technology,social progress,the future of the enterprise should focus on staff training and strengthening of human management to be able to help companies meet the challenges and issues out of the woods,and employees and businesses grow.
