Talent training is the talent education process combined with relatively stable training and courses,management system and assessment method.It is established under the guidance of corresponding education theory and thought,and based on the requirements of competency and objectives.Researching and concerning talent training and how to guide talent develop to employer's benefited direction has become the hot topic in domestic and overseas academic and business circles.Overseas academic circles have good research on how to implement psychology in talent development,and proposed various methods and tools.Whereas,our country started late on the research of talent training and development,and has less experience in implementation in business circles.Considering the characteristic of JX Company,this article analyzed its' talent training and development system,and made effectiveness investigation by taking Human Resources Department of JX Company as an example to research how to standardize and manage the talent training and development system.This article reviewed the research background of JX Company's talent training and development system,and the research status of domestic and overseas experts and academics for this system.It explained the theoretical basis of talent training and development--human capital theory.On this basis,it described the current status of JX Company's talent,and its talent training and development plan.Through analyzing data and interviewing staff and management to understand the existing problems and to find the root cause,it also proposed optimization proposal which including JX company's employee two-channel career development and position grade system combined with domestic and overseas corresponding theory and method.Besides that,it reconstructed competence model,reviewed team and individual competence,and analyzed the difference between team and individual competence.Furthermore,it established target oriented talent training and development plan,combined talent development with promotion and optimized incentive action.This series of actions will be benefit for the construction of JX Company's new talent training and development system,so as to meet the company's talent demand.
