The Assessment And Spatial Econometric Analysis Of New Urbanization Quality In Inner Mongolia

As a progress with rural population shifting to the cities and towns and the second and the third industry gathering town for the number and scale of cities and towns increased,urbanization act as a very important role in promoting the development of economy.It has become one of the key aspects of the strategic adjustment of economic structure and important basis of building moderately prosperous society that focusing on the future and quality and speeding up the pace of urbanization.It is most important for guiding the urbanization safe and healthy development that improving the quality of urbanization,regarding the urbanization of population as the core,transferring population urbanization and the equalization of basic public services orderly,improving the quality of life of urban residents,transfer of population urbanization and the equalization of basic public services,optimizing the spatial layout of urbanization and urban collaboration,promoting the coordinated development of cities.Recently,the urbanization in Inner Mongolia developed rapidly,the urbanization rate has exceeded 50%,which greatly promoted the economic development and social progress.But at present the development of urbanization in Inner Mongolia is still in the mode of development of traditional towns,which emphasizes the development of urbanization,economic development and the land of the city.Therefore,it is the main task facing and important subject of our study to improve the quality of urbanization in Inner Mongolia,complete the transformation of urbanization development,and promote actively the new urbanization process.The paper sets Inner Mongolia as the main research object,collects index data of the provinces and autonomous regions the level of urbanization,takes the investigation of present urbanization development and the influencing factors in Inner Mongolia,and summarizes the defects of traditional urbanization system structure;And the paper establishes the new urbanization quality evaluation index system for the dynamic contrast analysis.This paper is made up by six parts.The first chapter introduces the background and significance of the research,the content and method of the research and the innovation of the paper.In the second chapter,the paper defines the concept of urbanization and new urbanization,and summaries the research on the quality of new urbanization and the new urbanization evaluation,which lay a theoretical foundation for the following analysis.In the third chapter,the paper analyses the current situation of the urbanization in Inner Mongolia and the factors affecting the process of urbanization.The fourth part,by combined with the factors from three aspects of the quality of economic development,urban function development quality and social harmonious development of quality construction of new urbanization quality evaluation index system,the paper uses factor analysis to measure the comprehensive quality of the new urbanization in Inner Mongolia.The fifth part,on the basis of quality evaluation,the paper collects related data from 2010 to 2013 cities and towns in all provinces and autonomous regions for exploratory spatial data analysis.Than make the analysis of the quality of economic development,the quality of city function development and social harmonious development of quality in spatial distribution feature.Through the global spatial autocorrelation analysis,spatial autocorrelation analysis and LISA dynamic analysis,the paper reveals the differences of the new urbanization in Inner Mongolia in time and space and dynamic changes so that grasps the development of new urbanization.Combined with the results of empirical analysis,the paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to promote the construction of regional urbanization in the sixth chapter.Finally,we put forward some policy advices to transform Inner Mongolia from LL to HH.
