Research On The Comparison Of Business Development And Development Countermeasures Of Urban Commercial Banks In Inner Mongolia

The City Commercial Bank is one kind of the Banking financial institutions with special historical position in all the Chinese Banking financial institutions.The City Commercial Bank is a important component in all the Chinese Banking financial institutions whose predecessor is the Urban credit cooperative which was held in the 1980 s.Its business location was to support the small and medium-sized enterprise in the financial area and also to support the development of the local economy when it was held.Within the 2 decades of the fast growth of the City Commercial Bank in China,the City Commercial Banks in Inner Mongolia also developed fast.Nowadays there are 4 City Commercial Banks including the bank of Inner Mongolia,Baoshang bank,Erdos bank and Wuhai bank in Inner Mongolia.These 4 City Commercial Banks all developed quite fast and made great contribution to the development of the local economy in Inner Mongolia and the financial consumers in Inner Mongolia,too.However,we can not ignore that there are plenty of difficulties during the development of the City Commercial Banks in Inner Mongolia,and all these difficulties have become the obstacles of the efficiency and the transformation of the City Commercial Banks in Inner Mongolia.So,now it is a problem which need to be solved immediately for the City Commercial Banks in Inner Mongolia that how to overcome these difficulties and which to choose to realize the second transformation.This paper chooses the 4 City Commercial Banks in Inner Mongolia as the object of study,from the study of the current situations,in order to find out the problems during the development of the City Commercial Banks in Inner Mongolia,and then try to find out the solutions by the research of the reasons of such problems.Finally,this paper will provide some suggestions for the selection of the future development mode to the City Commercial Banks in Inner Mongolia.
