| Food industry is our country's pillar industries and basic industries, which is all important to the national economy and the people's livelihood. Profound changes have occurred in the structure of the nation's food. The problem of deep food safety in our country is very serious. Since 2014, Food industry output value of 37607 Enterprises above designated size in China is 10.89 Trillion Yuan, and the growth rate is 8%, which is lower than the added value of industrial output value of the whole country of 0.3%. It is the first time when the increase below the two digit in the past few years. China's food industry has accelerated declined for three consecutive years."Food comes first to Human, So Does safety to Food", which is our top priority for the government to make sure that "safety on the tongue". In early 2016, General Secretary Xi Jinping issued a "rectification" proposal and the supply-side structural reforms on how to change the economic structure of China. And later he specifies the direction of reforms for the supply-side reforms and put efforts to improve the quality and efficiency of the supply-side reforms to enhance sustained economic growth momentum. Therefore, In particular, the food industry in China should be done from two aspects:First is upgrading products, we should earnestly do a good job in food safety to make sure genuine goods at a fair price. Second is upgrading industrial quality, we should upgrade the industrial chain and develop towards either ends or whole industrial chain of High added value.As a tourist city, in which, there are eight national 4A scenic spots. Food industry is regards as a special product promotion window of the Tourist attractions. With the actual situation of Zhangjiajie, this paper studies the food industry in Zhangjiajie from the perspective of development strategy, that is, the food industry strategy in Zhangjiajie city. The so-called industrial strategy is the so-called industrial development strategy, which is to analyze the composition of the overall development of each local industrial relationship between the factors, identify and determine the impact of local factors or industry overall economic development, and to make corresponding strategic plan or decision. Firstly, the paper describes in detail about the relevant theories and important thoughts of the scholars and experts in the development of food industry at home and abroad. Secondly, starting from the present situation of food industry development in Zhangjiajie, the paper summed up the development history of food industry in Zhangjajie City from 2010 to 2014, and explores the general characteristics and reasons of the development of food industry and analyzes the existing problems. Thirdly, Based on the brief introduction of SWOT analysis method, the paper systematically states the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats of Zhangjiajie City in the development of food industry. At the end, on the basis of the clear goals and ideas of the development of food industry in Zhangjiajie city, this paper combined with the five major development ideas of general secretary Xi Jinping on Innovation, harmony, green, open and sharing, and proposed six development initiatives, which is Cluster development, green organic, high standards and high quality, local characteristics, leading enterprises to drive and regional brands. Hope that the implementation of the six initiatives could promote the steady, efficient and sustainable development of the food industry in Zhangjiajie City. |
