Therefore, in this paper, focusing on financial development, studies the problem of poverty in rural areas. From the perspective of economics, the financial policy is a powerful lever of economic development, abide by the law of financial markets, can be made to improve the ability of poverty-stricken areas to fight poverty in rural, realize the benign cycle of poverty.Research of this paper is based on the theory of poverty trap,poverty and anti-poverty theory, financial anti-poverty theory, sustainable development theory and relevant theory, combined with domestic and foreign research dynamic, from a financial perspective, multi-level to study rural poverty problem in China, the study on rural poverty problem in China provides a new train of thought, has the vital significance. Based on China's rural poverty and anti-poverty, the status quo of financial support,the integrated use of literature retrieval, related analysis method of economics, econometrics, with a combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis, the financial support of China's rural poor areas is studied. Among them, The empirical analysis mainly uses the structural equation model to research the influence of each dimension of financial support to rural anti-poverty performance, and sums up the successful experiences and lessons in foreign countries, put forward to adapt to China's rural anti-poverty financial support of specific countermeasures and Suggestions.
