Research On Integrated Management Of Investment Costs In Oil And Gas Development Projects

Oil & gas exploitation project is main production chain of petroleum production enterprises, its economic benefit and sustainable development has very important role to petroleum production enterprises. Investment management and cost management is the significance function of oil & gas exploitation project, in the long run practice, petroleum production enterprises had been executed segmentation management with investment management and cost management. It has caused many problems, such as low-rise management level, low management efficiency, no good economic benefit.Based on all those problems, this paper regards oil & gas exploitation project as research object, regards project management theory and total life-cycle management theory as direction, comprehensive application of various method, carries out correlational research with integrated management of oil & gas exploitation project.First, based on research result of domestic and overseas, makes sure the research object, research idea and research method.Second, through the summarize with the completion project management mode of oil & gas exploitation project, definite the basic conditions of research in this paper.Third, through the analyze with current investment management and cost management situation of oil & gas exploitation project, found the open question, and demonstrated the necessity on implementing integrated management.Final, this paper focused on research with construction of integrated management, defined the connotation of integrated management, raised the principle of mode construction, confirmed the classification of investment and cost, designed the organization structure of integrated management, optimized the business process, determined the job content of integrated management, and normalized the operating mechanism of integrated management.
