E-commerce as a new business model has made great progress in urban areas.With respect to the city of e-commerce,e-commerce development in rural areas by a series of restrictions,such as transportation,telecommunications,networks,and other infrastructure in rural areas lagging behind,Logistics and distribution system in rural areas covering fewer farmers less contact e-commerce,such as the idea behind,this is a series of factors have limited the development of rural e-commerce.This paper analyzes the current development of the Internet in rural China,logistics and e-commerce infrastructure and introduces the basic model of e-commerce.SaJi town as a case study from the perspective of industrial sand town of evolution leading industry trend,with a SWOT analysis,analysis of external opportunities of e-commerce industry in the town of sand,threats and internal strengths and weaknesses.Through investigation and descriptive statistical analysis,finding the core elements of the success of e-commerce sand set,three aspects from the industrial agglomeration effect,income effect and resource allocation effect analysis of sand industry effects of the model set.Based on the analysis of e-commerce on the basis of the town of sand,sand extract kernel mode set to summarize the successful experience and explore its replicability and generalizability.Finally,the corresponding policy recommendations for the empirical analysis.
