In 2014, CFCs has completed the final recognition with PEFC system, which marks that China’s forest certification market are fully open to PEFC and connect with the global mainstream forest certification system. The research released questionnaires in Fu Zhou, Xia Men of Fu Jian province, investigated local residents’willingness to pay for forest certification, and collected the willingness to pay values. This survey divides the variables into demographic variables, attitudes and cognitive variables, combined with descriptive statistical analysis, variance analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis, and these various variables’impact on willingness to pay. In regression, this logistic regression model from SPSS 18.0 shows that occupation, age, the average annual income, for forest certification level of understanding and support, these five factors have a significant impact on the willingness to pay. Finally, in view of the conclusion, combined with forest certification status quo and problems, some suggestions are put forward to achieve full effect, and to driven the sustainable development of forest ecological environment.
