China is the world's largest vegetable production and consumption country.Over the years,China's sustained and stable development of vegetable production,at the same time facilities vegetables also have a quick development,realize the years a large number of fresh fruit market,increase the off-season vegetables supply in our country,but also significantly increased the economic benefits of vegetables.But few from the quality and scale,compared with developed countries,the weak competitiveness of agricultural products in the international market,but also found in recent years,some areas appear irrational structure,big investment,poor benefit contrast phenomenon,in recent years national facilities vegetables and open field vegetables into the rate of profit,profit rate of discovery of facility vegetable although higher than the open field vegetables profit rate,but the benefit cost ratio is much lower than that of open field vegetables cost rate of return,the producers to get the profit the cost is too high,cost control is not very good,but the comparison,the emergence of shed type structure corrupt beg ocean greatly,the product quality is relatively low in some provinces.So according to the current production status of facility vegetable,analysis of agricultural resources use efficiency factor of greenhouse vegetable production in the process of the industry as a whole,find the problem,discuss the ways to improve the facilities of vegetables in China total factor productivity,is to alleviate the problem of facility vegetable market at home and abroad,improve the production efficiency of facility vegetable,increase the income level of producer,has of great significance.This paper first introduces the background of present facilities vegetable development,according to the domestic and foreign scholars on the agricultural facilities,facilities,facilities vegetables tomato research based on cost-benefit are reviewed,then has carried on the analysis to the influence factors of facility vegetable production cost,according to the controllable factors facilities vegetables include direct material input costs,indirect investment,manual input,land input correlation on agricultural output given a reasonable explanation,from the beginning of the third chapter,analyzes the trends and input and output facilities tomato production in our country's basic situation in recent years,with open field tomato from the profit rate of cost,cost,net profit in a comparative analysis,from the overall aspects the explanation for the facilities of input-output of tomato.Finally the 22 provinces C-D production function representative of the nationwide cost income and output in recent three years were analyzed,calculated the marginal benefit of various provinces in different years the cost of inputs,and analyzes facilities tomato productivity in China to improve the way,pertinently put forward to promote the facilities tomato production in China and industry development countermeasure and the suggestion.The main conclusions of this paper are:1,in 2010-2012 three years,the total cost and production cost rise rapidly,the production cost is the main part of total cost of facilities tomatoes per mu,the proportion remained at more than 93%,2010-2012 years,the production cost is increasing year after year,artificial cost change tendency and its production cost is basically the same.2,the output value of national facilities tomatoes were rising trend.In 2008 the output value per mu facilities tomatoes rose more than 700 yuan,in 2010 than the previous year and rose more than 1000 yuan,in 2011 the output value exceeded 10000 yuan/mu,mu income in recent years visible facilities tomatoes in the continuous improvement.3,input and output facilities tomatoes than to fluctuate trend,overall,in tomato production facilities input output high.4,and the land of tomatoes compared,2.2 times the total cost facilities tomato climbed to open field tomato,with per mu net profit is much higher than the national outdoor tomatoes per mu net profit of 1.4-1.7 times,but the facilities tomatoes total cost profit rate is lower than the outdoor tomatoes cost profit rate,but since 2011,continued to narrow the gap between.5,on the whole,the land investment marginal benefit highest,visible in the land into a unit of capital is higher than that of direct material input,production of artificial inputs and indirect investment.6,according to the C-D production function to estimate the provinces and different years into the marginal benefit,can be seen in every province according to the existing problems in the aspects of cost into.7,according to the specific problems and puts forward the reasonable suggestion:suit one's measures to local conditions,make the strategic development layout;improve the management,increase the production yield;promotion of technology,promote the industrial technological progress;rational allocation,improve the efficiency of industrial technology;policy guidance,to establish long-term effective mechanism.
